The New Cut Art Centre offers Halesworth, Suffolk, and the surrounding countryside arts, music, theatre, dance, comedy, cinema, workshops and Art Exhibitions. It has a cafeteria and licensed bar.

The “CUT” is a superb conversion of a redundant maltings into an Arts Centre with a 250 seat auditorium with tiered seating, professional sound and lighting.

The centre receives no central funding and relies on the support of the local community and its 500 Club benefactors who help to pay the mortgage. It is here that you will find our Pilates studio.

The CUT has full facilities for those with mobility difficulties. There are lifts to all levels and suitable facilities. Initial access to The CUT is on a narrow street which is an uphill walk from the car parks. It is possible to set down/pick-up passengers outside the CUT if necessary.
