(1 hour, ONLY £5) New members will be required to partake in a half hour private lesson before attending the first class to assess suitability

  "GOODBYE! MUMMY TUMMY"
(at The Cut Halesworth) Get set for the weekend with a workout combining conditioning and pilates exercises focusing on the tummy and bottom. Building strength and increasing metabolism this workout will give that extra boost towards a flatter firmer tummy any mum would be proud of...
