All mat classes are classical style Pilates sessions. A set of original exercises is performed while students advance smoothly from one movement to another. Simple and clear instructions allow students to concentrate on just one or two things and still participate fully and benefit from the dynamic chain of movements.
In the course of your sessions, you acquire correct breathing, control and precision of movement, stretching and strengthening and gain stamina.
You learn through movement and your body changes as a result.
