Millie Dobie is an accomplished and highly qualified fitness instructor. She works as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and has been teaching Pilates in Suffolk for 10 years. The fitness business is a fast moving industry and Millie likes to share the latest developments and techniques with her ever increasing client base therefore despite all her experience she ensures she continues her professional development with the UK’s leading instructor assessment bodies

Millie worked with Gordon Brown during a recent summer break in Suffolk. He enjoyed his time with her immensely and once said in an interview with Piers Morgan (when his new svelte appearance was commented upon) that Millie was “very good indeed”.
Her busy studio, which contains the latest equipment from Stotts pilates, is situated at the New Cut arts centre in Halesworth.
Millie has recently launched a series of health and fitness DVD's produced by IMCvision Ltd a highly respected company specialising in "credible" fitness and pilates instruction DVD's. Inspired by the methods of Joseph Pilates Millie says “I encourage my clients to stay attune to their bodies by taking notice of their strengths and weaknesses and to strive toward incorporating Pilates movements or Cardio fitness into their everyday lives. There is nothing more satisfying to me than making a difference, and seeing the happiness and benefits a more healthy body and mind can bring to someones life…”
